What exactly does a "Fixed Fee Guarantee" mean?
Fixed fee guarantee means that before we start a project, we'll create a contract guaranteeing fees will not exceed a mutually agreed upon guaranteed maximum price. This means that Pinnacle is responsible for cost overruns, unless the contact has been increased via a formal change order.
What if we already have internal technical support staff?
It's okay if you have in-house support. While in-house support can mange minor issues, you can count on Pinnacle to manage the more complex IT support functions such as strategic advice, technical projects, second opinions, IT security and advanced applications support.
What is the service difference between on-site, Cloud and remote technical support?
On-site: Pinnacle staffs appropriate-level consultant(s) to design, manage, and advise you on all your business technology needs. It's very important for our consultants to spend time meeting with you on-site and face-to-face on a regular basis.
Cloud: Consultant(s) spend their time managing your cloud system. Working in a cloud allows workers to log into a web-based service which hosts all the programs the user would need for their job vs. installing a suite of software for each computer. Cloud service also offers 24 / 7 / 365 support.
Remote: Remote access allows your employees access to reach-out and ask questions about their technical issues and concerns during regular business hours.
